Flat Creek Holdings is the ultimate entertainment facility with year round enjoyment. It offers hunting, fishing, lighted five stand skeet range, paintball, and much more!

Wild game flourishes in the cover, and the creeks provide exceptional game flow at Flat Creek Holdings. Travel in one of the customized quail buggies to the sporting ranges and ponds throughout sprawling woodlands and fields. The mission of Flat Creek Holdings is to create a destination in east Georgia where the traditions of fine hunting and fishing flourish in an eco-friendly environment. All sporting activities are stocked with wild game indigenous to Georgia or that thrive in this environment, e.g., Mallard ducks, bob white quail, pheasants, wild turkey, white tail deer, wild boar, and trophy-size largemouth bass, bream, blue gill, and crappie.

Flat Creek Holdlings specializes in traditional hunts for bob white quail and pheasants using pointers and retrievers. The resident outfitter leads exciting hunts for wild turkeys. Another of Flat Creek Holdings' popular sports is the Continental Tower Shoots for ducks and ring-neck pheasant utilizing the 65’ pheasant tower and the 65’ duck tower. The white tail hunting is impressive, as well. In the 75-acre double fenced swamp and bottomland habitat, experience the thrill of hunting wild razorback boar.

Flat Creek Holdings has a frost waterfowl program with a duck habitat and pens and also wood duck boxes on the ponds. There are quantities of wood duck, teal, mallard, and ring neck ducks.

With 83+/- acres of natural spring fed ponds and lakes, there is a bounty of trophy sized largemouth bass, bream, blue gill, and crappie all intensively managed. The lakes and ponds would be nearly impossible to duplicate today. In addition, the property has its own hatchery! As you can imagine, the fishing is unbeatable! The Main Lake is 15+ acres, built in the last 10 years or so, and now due to government regulations cannot be duplicated. These lakes are a rare resource.

Five Stand Skeet Range and A Commando Style Paintball Course

Some of the most popular past times are paintball and shooting clays. The lighted five stand skeet range has a state-of-the-art Auto-Sporter clay target software program that determines the tower source for the clays, number launched, speed, angle, size, and even good or bad birds. The three-acre Commando-Style paintball course has been uniquely designed in the pines and comes complete with trenches and forts. Fun for individuals, these activities are also very popular with groups during corporate retreats.
