Amid a pristine and private woodland preserve, enter the custom 3-D gated entrance, Flat Creek Lodge guests enjoy the refined comfort of unique lodging, distinctive dining, a luxurious spa, and state-of-the-art meeting facilities. Corporate bookings are at a high. There is a fully operational management team and staff in place.

Flat Creek Lodge guests discover stress-free comfort in distinctive lodging. Each themed lodge room is unique in its design with art and accessories created by local artists. The 12 lodge rooms and eight cottages can accommodate over 100 guests. Rooms range between $175 to $225 per night.

Main Lodge on the 15 +/- acre Main Lake

At the 12 room Main Lodge, all rooms open onto a long verandah that looks out on the lodge's main lake and provides every room a beautiful view. Each room is uniquely decorated with a theme and features wood floors, bedroom with sitting area, and a full bathroom.

The Main Lodge also has a loft/manager’s apartment on the third floor. The loft features a stone fireplace, a large open floor plan with living room and kitchen, 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom, and a spiral staircase that leads to a sitting are which overlooks the living room. The main lodge is equipped with an elevator and has a laundry area and plenty of storage closets for staff.

In front of the Main Lodge, guests can relax in the courtyard on the brick patio with tables and chairs and metal fire pit. The lighted brick sidewalks make for a pleasant stroll from the Main Lodge to the Spa, Game Room, Outfitter Store, and the Dining Room while guests enjoy the various unique custom statues that are displayed throughout the property. Or guests can reserve a bicycle or golf cart to take a ride to other amenities on property while also enjoying watching the Mute swan, Australian Swan, Trumpet Swan, Sebastopol Geese, and White Enden Geese on the lakes and ponds.

Eight Lakefront Cottages

To accommodate more guests, Flat Creek Lodge has eight unique lakefront cottages. Each cottage is uniquely decorated with a theme and has golf carts for guests to utilize to explore the property. Each cottage has a covered porch that is built over the lake, while every bedroom in all of the cottages has a beautiful view of the lake. This is very special because the new law in Georgia now requires you to build at least 50' away from the water. Flat Creek Lodge also already has it "grandfathered-in" to build four additional 4BR/4BA cottages on the lake. In fact, they have already built the pilings and run the utilities for these cottages.

There are two 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath two-story cottages each with 2 living rooms, covered parking for the golf carts, a porch off of each bedroom, and a porch off the living room that is built over the lake. Each lodge is uniquely decorated with a theme; Coyote Den and Eagles Nest.

There are six 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath cottages each with a different floor plan. Each cottage features a metal roof, wood floors, covered parking for the golf carts, living room, and a covered porch off of the living room that is built over the lake. Each lodge is uniquely decorated with a theme; Gator Cave, Wild Boar Inn, Swan House, Possum Hollow, Cottontail Cottage, and the Redbreast Villa.

Additional Houses/Cottages

Flat Creek Lodge also has four additional cottages/houses that are currently used for staff; Chef's Cottage, Deer Cottage, Dairy Cottage, and the Farm Worker House.
